Help on Animated Character Please!!!

Hi,I'm StyxaneZ, I need an animated picture for my collection and avatar. I've found many site but still cant find it. I hope people / others / friends at here can help me to do this for me.....

I want the character to be replace as HIGH ELF in World of warcraft. Can anyone please make for me please......?

I could do it but i dont have wow, well u first thing u do is record the nightelfs stand animation. then import it into photoshop or w/e, then add a border and text above all the other layers, then optimize for gif
