In order to make a mini map screen like this
first you need to Resize the picture
so u need to turn it into 128x128 Pixels
so it should look like this now
After you have resized the picture then save the image as a Tga
After done so Click on the Import manager on Wc3 WE and import the Tga File and Change the path of the image to "War3MapPreview.tga"
To do all this download a decent photo editing program(photoshop,impact)
