1st off, You need the wc3 image Extractor II Which can be found here www.wc3sear.ch/index.php?p=Tools&ID=6&sid=cf2cd1ba4b4a3be4fb67f29830b52f46And you will need Irfan view which can be found here www.wc3sear.ch/index.php?p=Tools&ID=19&sid=6051e0fa2c5afbb03df3e3e23a49ba4dand we need this.... www.world-editor-tutorials.thehelper.net/loading/LoadingScreen.mdx Now That we have Irfran view and wc3 Image Extractor, We can begin. 1st off, We need to choose, or make a picture The size or above the size of 800x600 pixels, (and the reason why i Say Larger is because we can always resize it right?) this is the image I chose Now I have to go to Irfran view and open my image up there. Now Resize your image to 800x600 pixels This is what size your image should be now Yes I know I just made you resize your image to 800x600, but guess what? we are resizing it again. Now make it 512x512. (we do this because in game, it stretches the screen to a nice, fine quality screen ;D Save it in "tga" format. looks like this now Now... FINALLY we can use warcraft 3 image converter II open up your file once you have the image extractor running. just simpley save the image as blp and make the quality 75. Now open map editor and the Import manager, Now bring in loading screen.mdx and Your custom loading screen. Name your loading screen FullScreen.blp and name you Loadingscreen.mdx file Loadingscreen.mdx And wah lah, you have a loading screen. If you have any question and details I left out that you need help with... Im willing to help you

A question: Don't I have to import 4 blp files (LeftTop, RightBottom....)?
I did this much complicated way, I had to make a pic, then divide it into 4 images, resize them to very specific size and convert them to blps.
