hey guys
I was wondering if you could help me... what i want to do is have cars e.g a demolisher with a diff name, and ive already done that, i also want to make it so the cars run on fuel (the fuel being mana) and you can turn the engine off and on and when its off the mana stays at same lvl but the car cant move... please help me

for mana you can just modify immolation, remove art model, change name, icon, and set dmg to 0
for speed, you have to set movement speed to 1 or 0 [movment speed of car] so it can't move, then when you use immolation u must make trigger that change movment speed to x and when he unactivate immolaton set movment speed to normal value, if you dont know how to trigger, tell and i will try to make such trigger

thanks so much for the help. im still a bit confused with the doing of everything im not new to the editor but still confused with editing abilitys. could you please try make this ability?

hey umm i had some trouble when i tried to make it and i cant get rid of the effect of the green thingy around the car. sorry im a bit new to editing. could u please try and make it?

make a trigger that looks like this:
Events: Every X seconds in game Condtions: none Actions: Set [Car Unit] mana = [Car Unit's Current Mana -1]
thats a very rough trigger for making the car lose mana but you might need to add some more details.
for it to stop: Events: Ability is casted Conditions: Ability being cast = [Engine Off] Actions: Pause [Triggering unit]

im still newbish, but i found a really rough way to do what your doing apples triggers are good but to have to ability turned on the real life person has to click it.it took 4 triggers..so here we go(btw i used the goblin zeppline for the transporter/car, and the footman for your unit/hero thing
E- C- A-unit - set mana of Goblin Zeppline <gen> to 90.00% wait 5 seconds unit - set mana of Goblin Zeppline <gen> to 80.00% wait 5 seconds unit - set mana of Goblin Zeppline <gen> to 70.00% wait 5 seconds unit - set mana of Goblin Zeppline <gen> to 60.00% wait 5 seconds unit - set mana of Goblin Zeppline <gen> to 50.00% wait 5 seconds and so on to 0%
E-map initialization C- A-unit - set mana of goblin zeppline to 100.00%
E-unit - footman is loaded into a arship C- A-trigger - add to TRIGGER 1 <gen> the event (Time - every 5.00 seconds of game time) Trigger - turn on TRIGGER 1
E-unit - goblin zepplin starts the effect of an ability C- ability being cast equal to unload (airstransports) A- trigger - turn off tr1 <gen>
there..tell me if it doesnt work
