What about site moderaters? like they can close threads and stuff... ? and we need a rules page....

well, actually i don't know why would you want to close threads.
When there will be a need for board (or local) moderator there will be one.
But a local moderator must know everything about the topic, for example moderator of Triggers section must be expert in triggers.
PS: if you want me to create a new board like 'Models' 'Object Editor'.... just tell me. Any ideas are welcomed. But there must be enough people posting in it.
I just HATE empty or no-purpose boards...
