Changes - New Board

I've made a new board: Help & Questions
And I moved all topics that requests tutorials, help or questions there, so don't panic if you don't see them in Tutorials sectuon.

Now Tutorials is separate section, and I want to see only tutorials there.

This was done because there were many tutorials and also many guest questons and there was mess.

k sry, umm also if someone asks for something that you need to write out like a tutorial, should we make a new topic in the tutorial section for it. And then reply a link in the help topic?

If someone wants somebody to do a tutorial for something, he should write his request in Help & Question section.

Then the tutorial maker should make it in Tutorial section.

Sometimes there is only a simple question that someone wants to ask, and there is no need for a tutorial - then simply reply them in Help & Questions.
